Reservation Cancellation
Confirmed bookings cannot be canceled, but registered users may reschedule their court time at least 24 hours prior to the original booking.
Rescheduling for Registered Users
Registered users may change their booking time up to two times, provided the change is made at least 24 hours in advance of the reserved time.
The new court time must be of equal or lesser value than the original booking.
If the new booking is priced lower than the original, the price difference will not be refunded.
Cancellation by Pärnu Beach Arena
Pärnu Beach Arena OÜ reserves the right to cancel bookings due to poor weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- The client will be notified of the cancellation and its reason via email.
- The booking amount will be issued as a gift card to the client’s account, which can be used to book a new time or redeemed at any of the food venues or bars located at Düün.
- The full value of the gift card must be used in a single transaction.
